Our Training Instructors

Here at NAC, we know that any training centre is only as good as its instructors. As the UK’s only City & Guilds and CPD Accredited training provider for domestic appliance repair training, we’ve built up our reputation partly because of the 60 years of combined experience and knowledge we have between our NAC trainers and their input in to the development of our training content.

Lee RobinsonNational Training Manager

With experience in the industry since the late nineties Lee worked for Comet from 2000 where he gained a vast knowledge of multi-brand appliances and repairs. Since then he’s worked for both British Gas and Curry’s KnowHow before joining us at NAC where he now heads up our in-person training centre.

Adrian SummerfieldNational Training and Compliance Manager

Adrian spent many years as an independent repairer and worked with Manufacturers and Nationwide Service Providers before joining NAC. His passion at work is all about site safety and field training.

Neil RobinsonNational Service Manager

Neil joined NAC in 2018 as one of our field service engineers. Early in 2022, Neil was promoted to National Service Manager and is now responsible for the day to day operations of the field team. Neil has many years experience within the multi-brand environment and is well placed to pass that knowledge on to both trainees and fully experienced engineers.

Although there is a very serious side to training, we are all very down to earth at the Training Centre and we can have a laugh too!
