We are the UK's only Independent City & Guilds and CPD Accredited Domestic Appliance Repair Training Centre, providing industry leading in-person and online training via our Wakefield based training centre and also our online training portal.
Who are NAC? We are the largest independent self-generating and self-sufficient national service provider in the UK, booking and administrating many thousands of repairs across the country month in, month out.
Back in 2014, NAC began with just a handful of engineers available each day, but over time we built up our reputation for quality and reliability, which led us from strength to strength. Today we’ve got a network of more than 300 engineers, both employed and self-employed with our focus on getting the job done properly still as important as it was on day one.
This reputation is probably why you’re here! Because you’ve heard of our appliance repair training and know that most of the engineers that we’ve trained go on to have successful employed or self employed careers.
Today, we are training hundreds of individuals both in-person and online every year from self learners to trainee engineers from many other businesses, including Centrica (British Gas) and GDHA (Glen Dimplex Home Appliances).

LearnFrom day one you’ll be learning the skills you need to build or enhance your career. There’s no time wasted here, just practical guidance to help you do the job right.
PracticeAs well as learning the skills, you’ll have ongoing support through our Facebook Group as well as using field learning to put those skills into practice.
SucceedWhen you’ve completed your course you’ll be ready to start work as a self-employed engineer while there’s also opportunities for full-time employment with NAC.
During any training event at our centre you will use a number of tools or pieces of equipment that you will need during your career. If you’re going self employed, you will also need a resource for websites and advertising to drum up business.
